摘  要:研发组织模式对于高科技品牌企业的发展至关重要。不仅要从管理控制维度,更要从供应链伙伴参与及合作的维度进行分析。选择研发组织模式时不仅要考虑公司战略、企业规模、研发类型、产品特点、资源需求、产品组合的宽度和关联度、管理能力等因素,而且应当遵循战略导向、培育和提升核心竞争力、贴近客户、并行活动等原则。The appropriate R&D organizational model is very important to the development of the high-tech brand enterprises. Not only the dimension of management controlling but also the dimensions of customer and collaboration with others should be considered when high-tech brand enterprises analyze their R&D organizational model. The factors that influence the choice of the R&D organizational model of the high-tech brand enterprises include the corporate strategy, the enterprise scale, the type of R&D, the characteristics of the product, the demand of the resource and the width and interrelatedness of the product portfolio. While choosing the R&D organizational model, high-tech brand enterprises should follow four principles: strategy orienting, core competence promoting, customer close drawing, and activity concurrent organizing.
