基于全球产业空间疆域变迁视角的产业集群演化与升级——以新加坡硬盘驱动器(HDD)产业集群为例

摘　　要：特定产业集群的形成、演化与升级过程,与产业的全球空间疆域变迁密不可分,而后者则体现了跨国公司全球战略推动下价值链分工模式的不断深化。在产业竞争、跨国公司战略、不同地理区位能力构型之间协同演化的复杂动态过程中,升级潜力取决于特定集群能否顺应产业竞争生态及空间疆域的持续变迁,实现自身区位能力构型的提升与转换。以新加坡HDD产业集群为例,具体分析了这一演化过程及相应的政策意义。The emergence, evolution and upgrading of an industrial cluster is closely connected with the changing global industrial territories, which are unfolded as the deepening of division of labor in the global value chain created by MNCs. Thus in a dynamic process of co-evolution among industrial competition, global strategy, and competence configuration of different locations, the potential of upgrading is determined by the sustainable reconfiguration of locational competence. Focusing on the case of HDD industrial cluster in Singapore, we analyze this evolutional process, and the policy significance is also discussed.
