高管团队与公司创业战略:基于高阶理论和代理理论融合的实证研究

摘　　要：以中国电子业上市公司为样本,对高管团队人口特征、激励约束水平和公司创业战略进行测度,在融合高阶理论和代理理论的基础上,对高管团队与公司创业战略关系进行实证研究。结果表明,高管团队人口特征和激励约束水平影响公司创业战略,高管团队激励约束水平在高管团队人口特征与公司创业战略关系之间发挥调节作用。Based on the integration of Upper Echelons Theory and Agent Theory, this paper analyzes between TMT and CES. It concludes that it isn＇t enough to explain the relationship between TMT and single theory such as Upper Echelons Theory or Agent Theory, although the demographic characteristics the relationship CES using one and the incentive and restrictive level of TMT influence the CES, It also concludes that the incentive and restrictive level of TMT is the moderator in the relationship between the characteristics of TMT and the intensity of CES.
