透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障吸除及折叠式人工晶体植入术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨3.2 mm透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障吸除折叠式人工晶体植入手术效果。方法采用3.2 mm梯形透明角膜切口,对826例(928只眼)老年性、并发性、先天性和外伤性白内障行超声乳化吸除,并植入折叠式人工晶体。对上述手术患者的术后视力、屈光状态、角膜状态、前房反应、角膜内皮细胞损失率进行回顾性总结。结果术后1 d裸眼或矫正视力>0.5者占94.3%;术后1周,1个月,3个月裸眼视力在1.0以上的眼数分别占55.8%,65.7%和68.3%。术后角膜水肿及前房炎性反应轻,房角形态保持良好,角膜内皮细胞损失率为8.11%。结论经透明角膜隧道切口施行超声乳化白内障吸除及折叠式人工晶体植入术,操作便利,疗效良好、稳定。Aim To evaluate the therapeutic effects of phacoemulsification with foldable intraocular lens implantation through a 3.2mm clear corneal incision. Methods The surgery was performed through a 3.2 mm clear corneal incision on 928 eyes of 826 patients with senile, complicated, congenital and traumatic cataracts. The results of postoperative vision, refraction, corneal edema, anterior chamber flare and the rate of corneal endothelial cell loss were retrospectively summarized. Results Postoperatively, the visual acuities with spherical correction or without correction were 0.5 or better in 94.3% of eyes at one day,and 1.0 or better in 55.8% ,65.7% and 68.3 % at one week , one month and three months respectively. The postoperative corneal edema and anterior chamber flare were mild, the anterior chamber configuration remained well , and the rate of endothelial cell loss was 8.11%. Conclusion The phacoemulsification and foldable lens implantation through clear corneal incision is convenient and effective.
