摘　　要：从党的十六届三中全会提出科学发展观后,以人为本作为科学发展观的核心和本质,成为各界特别是理论界研究的热点问题。梳理和归纳关于以人为本含义的界分、研究的价值和意义,以及如何坚持以人为本等主要问题的研究成果,有助于对以人为本的深入研讨。Human-oriented Concept has been the hot topic of research in China’s theoretic circles as it is the core of the View of Scientific Development which was advanced at the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee. It is significant to make a summary of the understanding and practice of this concept and the value of the previous studies in that the further explorations can be made.
