角膜移植患者血清中可溶性白细胞介素2受体水平的变化

摘　　要：目的研究血清中可溶性白细胞介素２受体水平与角膜移植排斥反应的相关性。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）动态检测２８例角膜移植患者手术前后血清中可溶性白细胞介素２受体水平。结果发生排斥反应时患者血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平比术前明显增高，也比同时期无排斥反应患者增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），有３例病人血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平增高比眼部观察到排斥反应体征要早２～４个月。结论血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平的变化与角膜移植排斥反应密切相关，动态测定血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平可以更早预见排斥反应的发生。ObjectiveIn order to study correlativity between the level of serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor(SIL 2R) and corneal transplant rejection.MethodsWe determined dynamically the level of serum sIL 2R in 28 cases of corneal transplant recipient by ELISA in period of pre operation and post operation.ResultsThe level of serum sIL 2R in the patients undergoing rejection was significantly elevated during the rejection episode,compared to pre operation,and also was higher than that in the patients without rejection at the same period(P<0.01),three patients’ sIL 2R rose from two to four months prior to rejection signs observed in the eye.ConclusionThese data indicate that the level of serum sIL 2R may closely correlate with corneal transplant rejection.We think that determining dynamically the level of serum sIL 2R can early predict the occurrence of immune rejection.
