兔角膜穿通伤与对侧未伤眼眼前节变化的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察不同麻醉方式在单眼角膜穿通伤时对侧眼房水发生的交感性变化。方法２８只家兔随机分为４组，荧光组１０只，正常组、全身麻醉（全麻）组、全身麻醉＋预损伤眼球后麻醉（复合麻）组各６只。随机致伤一眼，３０ｍｉｎ时观察对侧未致伤眼房水中蛋白含量和化学发光数。结果全麻组对侧眼房水总蛋白含量较正常组明显升高，Ｐ＜０．０１；房水化学发光值降低，部分兔房水出现荧光素渗漏。复合麻组对侧眼房水总蛋白含量无明显变化，房水化学发光值明显升高，Ｐ＜０．０５。结论全麻和复合麻时单眼角膜穿孔伤可导致对侧眼房水发生不同类型的交感性变化。ObjectiveTo observe the consensual change in aqueous humor of contralateral eye as unilateral corneal perforation with different methods of anaesthesia.Methods28 rabbits were divided into four groups:fluorescence group,general anaesthesia group,general retrobulbar group and normal group.The Amount of total protein and the value of chemical lumiphoto in aqueous humor of control ateral eye were measured in 30 minutes after unilateral eye was hurted randomly.ResultsAmount of total protein in aqueous humor of contralateral eye of general anaesthesia group was significantly more increased than that of normal group ( P <0.01)and the value of chemical lumiphoto decreased,meanwhile flurescence was leakaged in aqueous humor in some rabbits.In general retrobulbar group the amount of protein in aqueous humor of control eye was compared with normal( P >0.05),and chemical lumiphoto was significantly increased above the normal ( P <0.05).ConclusionUnilateral corneal perforation can result in different types of consensual changes in aqueous humor on contralateral eye under general and general retrobulbar anaesthesia.
