眶内肿物对视野影响的多因素分析

摘　　要：目的检测眶内良性肿物眼的视网膜光敏度（ＲｅｔｉｎａｌＳｅｎｓｉｔｉｖｉｔｙ，ＲＳ），分析ＲＳ下降的影响因素。方法采用美国产Ｈｕｍｐｈｅｒｙ视野分析仪，设计全视野６０°范围内８０个点的阈值程序检测ＲＳ。结果眶内肿物可导致相对应部位视野ＲＳ下降；ＲＳ依次与球壁受压面积、眼球突出度、肿物大小及病程有正相关关系。结论肿物压迫球壁是ＲＳ下降的主要原因。ObjectiveTo study the retinal sensitivity (RS)of benign orbital tumors.MethodsThe RS of 59 eyes of benign orbital tumors was checked using Humphery visual field analyzer.ResultsOrbital tumors caused RS decline of local retina where are compressed by tumors.There were positive relationships between RS decline and the size of tumor or the contact area between eyeball and tumor,or the proptosis,or the course.ConclusionThe compressions on retina by the tumors cause RS decline.
