大剂量氨甲蝶呤及甲酰四氢叶酸钙解救治疗骨肉瘤20例分析

摘　　要：报道了大剂量氨甲蝶呤及甲酰四氢叶酸钙解救（ＨＤ－ＭＴＸ－ＣＦＲ）治疗骨肉瘤２０例分析。所有病例均经病理学诊断确诊，ＭＴＸ每疗程剂量２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，静滴４小时～６小时，静滴ＭＴＸ完后６小时～１２小时开始行ＣＦ解救，毒副作用较轻，无一例发生意外，骨肉瘤行大剂量ＭＴＸ化疗疗效是肯定的，联合化疗效果更佳，但剂量不宜太低，只要注意“水化”及尿液“碱化”，ＣＦ定时解救，此疗法是安全的。patients with pathologically confirmed osteosarcoma further treated with the high dose Methotrexate and Citrovorum Factor Rescue were reported.200mg/kg MTX was used for each course,6h～12h after the intravenous MTX drip which lasted 4h～16h,CFR started in use.No one died of complication related to this therapy with slight toxic reaction.It is effective to use high dose chemical therapy for osteosarcoma,MTX is one of the effectual drugs.Combined chemotherapy with high dosage is the better.If only you pay attention to the hydration and alkalinization and timely treatment of CFR,this therapy is safe.
