摘 要:为了研究环境与贝类的营养物质积累的关系,寻找影响贝类品质的主要因素、恢复经济贝类野生资源,本文研究了慈溪、六横、温岭和乐清等海区的彩虹明樱蛤的氨基酸、脂肪酸含量,利用SPSS软件对不同海区、不同生长时间的彩虹明樱蛤进行了差异性比较和主效因素分析。研究结果显示:5月份六横和乐清地区的彩虹明樱蛤群体间氨基酸差异最小,六横和慈溪最大,其主效成分为半胱氨酸。7月份慈溪和温岭彩虹明樱蛤群体间氨基酸差异最小,慈溪和乐清最大,主效成分为苏氨酸。9月份慈溪和六横的氨基酸差异最小,乐清和温岭最大,主效成分为蛋氨酸。5月份和7月份六横、乐清和温岭,9月份,温岭,乐清和慈溪地区的彩虹明樱蛤群体间脂肪酸差异最小,主效成分为C 14:0,C 22:6和C 22:5。In order to find the key environmental factors which affect the quality of Moerella iridescens and protect and recover the natural resources, studying the relationship between environmental factor and accumulative nutritive material of clam, Moerella iridescens, this paper reported that contents of amino acids and fatty acids of Moerella iridescens in different areas (Cixi, Liuheng, Wenling and Yueqing beach) and different seasons, with hierarchical cluster and principal component methods of SPSS software. The results showed that the distribution of the amino acids were similar between the populations of Liuheng and Yueqing in May, Cixi and Wenling in July, Cixi and Liuheng in September, while that in Cixi and Wenling, Liuheng and Yueqing populations have large variation. Three principal components were cysteine, threonine and methionine. Unsaturated fatty acid were similar among the populations of Liuheng, Yueqing and Wenling in May and July, Cixi, Wenling and Yueqing in September. Three principal components were C14:0, C22:6 and C22:5.
