摘　　要：根据固化炉的工艺要求,设计和实现用于钢纸磨盘的固化炉湿度模糊自动控制系统,介绍固化炉的工作特点,给出控制系统硬件组成、工作原理、模糊控制算法.系统将PLC的高可靠性和模糊控制的有效性特点有机结合.实际运行表明,系统湿度超调量减小,调整时间缩短,湿度控制效果明显增强,产品质量提高、废品率降低.　Fuzzy automation control system of humidity in kiln is designed and realized.The characteristic of kiln is given.The hardware structure,working principle and fuzzy control arithmetic are considered.The reliability of PLC and validity of fuzzy control is combined.The practice results show that the control system possesses low overshoot and short adjustment time.The effect of humidity control is advanced.The production waster rate is reduced and production quality is improved.
