摘 要:目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清中TGF-β1在放疗前后浓度变化及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验测定34例NSCLC患者放疗前后TGF-β1水平,并与正常对照组进行比较分析。结果NSCLC患者血清TGF-β1水平较正常人明显增高(P<0.01)。同一NSCLC患者放疗前后血清TGF-β1水平有明显差异(P<0.01)。放疗后NSCLC患者发生放射性肺炎的患者血清中TGF-β1放疗后与放疗前的比率高于完全缓解和部分缓解的患者(P<0.05)。结论NSCLC患者血清TGF-β1水平增高可能与疾病的发生发展有关。血清TGF-1β可作为NSCLC患者辅助诊断和疗效观察指标之一。Objective To investigate the change and clinicalmeaning of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC) before and after radiotherapy. Methods the levels of serum TGF-β1 in 34 patients with NSCLC were detected by ELISA , the data were analyzed and compared withthose of control group. Results The content of TGF-β1 in serum of NSCLC patients was significantly higher than that of control group( P 〈 0.01).There was a significant difference in the content of TGF-β1 in the same patient with NSCLC before radiotherapy and after radiotherapy ( P 〈0.01). The ratio of TGF-β1 after radiotherapy and before radiotherapy in the patients who were effectively treated was effective was significantly different, as comparedwith that in the patients who had radiation induced pneumonia after radiotherapy( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Higher levels of serum TGF-β1 may be related to the pathogenesis and developmentof the disease, and serum TGF-β1 could be used as one of diagnostic and efficacy observation indicators in patients with NSCLC.
