红毛五加多糖-I单糖组成的气相色谱分析

摘　　要：目的研究红毛五加多糖-I(AHP-I)的单糖组成,及它们的摩尔比。方法采用糖腈乙酰酯衍生物气相色谱法,分析多糖中的单糖组成。采用相对校正因子法测定多糖中单糖的摩尔比。结果AHP-I含有阿拉伯糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖,其摩尔比为:0.32∶0.45∶0.20∶1.00∶0.67。结论红毛五加多糖AHP-I由多种单糖构成,糖腈乙酸酯衍生化适合于红毛五加多糖的分析。Objective To ident its molar ratio. Methods The components from polysaecharide is derivatized to sugar mannose, glucose and galactose were found t ify the components of polysaccharides from Acanthopanax giraldii Hams and of the polysaccharide is identified by gas chromatography. Monosccharides acetylated aldononitriles before determination. Results Arabinose, facose, o be in the molar radio of 0.32： 0.45： 0.20： 1：0.67 in AHP-Ⅰ. Conclusion AHP-Ⅰ is made up of monosaccharids. The derivatization using saccharin acetyl is compatible for the analysis of Acanthopanax giraldii Hams polysaccharide .
