血管瘤患儿雌激素升高因素及其与瘤体增生的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血管瘤患儿血清雌二醇(E2)水平升高原因及其与血管瘤瘤体增生的关系。方法应用化学发光酶免疫法检测25例增生期血管瘤患儿(病例组)及15例同龄腹股沟斜疝患儿术前1d、术后3d(对照组)血清E2水平;用免疫组织化学法检测皮肤组织雌激素受体(ER)的表达。结果病例组术前血清E2水平明显高于术后及对照组(Pa<0.05);对照组手术前、后及与病例组术后血清E2水平比较无显著差异(Pa>0.05);瘤体组织ER的表达显著高于正常皮肤组织(P<0.001)。结论血管瘤患儿血清E2升高可能与瘤体自身分泌E有关;血清E与瘤体ER结合,促进内皮细胞增殖,引起瘤体增生。　Objective To explore the factors of high level of serum estradiol（E2）in infant with hemangiomas and its relationship with tumors＇ proliferation.Methods The levels of serumal estradiol of 25 proliferative hemangiomas and 15 oblique inguinal hernias with same ages 1 day preoperation and 3 days postoperation were tested by chemiluminescence enzymatic immune method.The expressions of estrogen receptors（ER）in 25 tumors and 15 normal skin tissue were tested by immunohistochemical method.Results The levels of E2 of preoperation were ob-viously higher than that of postoperation in hemangiomas and control group（Pa〈0.05）.There were no significant difference between the levels of E2 of preoperation and that of postoperation in control group,also that of postoperation in hemangiomas（Pa〉0.05）.The expression of ER in tumors was significantly higher than that in normal skin tissue（P〈0.001）.Conclusions The high level of E2 in infantile hemangiomas has probably relevance to the secretion of E2 by themselves,serumal estrogen combine with their receptors and accelerate the endothelial cells proliferation and the growth of tumors.
