重庆市及三峡库区家畜中大肠杆菌O157带菌的流行病学调查

摘　　要：采集重庆市及三峡库区6个区县家畜粪便样品1 473份,接种mEC+n增菌肉汤37℃振摇孵育6 h,取增菌液接种CT-SMAC平板,37℃培养18 h,挑取可疑菌落,经血清学检验、PCR扩增和微量生化实验确认,最后用药敏试纸测试其对常用抗生素的敏感性。结果表明,在1 473份粪便样品中共检出11株O157,其中7株O157:H7,4株O157:H?;对分离菌株做药物敏感性试验,发现它们对青霉素、氨苄西林、杆菌肽、头孢呋肟、红霉素、庆大霉素、四环素等存在不同程度的耐药。这次调查为重庆市及三峡库区该病的预防提供了依据。To acquire epidemical data of Escherichia coli O157 isolated from domestic animals in Chongqing and Three-gorges Reservoir Area and make clear the biochemical characteristic and the seusitivity to antibiotics of the isolated bacteria. 1 473 rectal fecal samples were collected from six counties. The collected samples were cultured with shaking in mEC ＋ n broth at 37℃ for 6 hours,and then the enriched cultures were cultivated on CT-SMAC plates at 37℃ for 18 hours. The suspicious bacteria grown on the plates were identified by serological testing, PCR spreading and microbiochemical reactions. The sensitivity to antibiotics of the isolated bacteria was tested,too. 11 strains of Escherichia coli O157 were isolated from 1 473 rectal fecal samples and 7 of them are O157：H7s and the rest are O157： H？s. These strains exhibited certain degrees of drug resistance to penicillin, ampiciUin, bacitracin, cefuroxine, erythromycin, gentamycin, tetracycline. This was the first completely investigation of domestic animals that as the reservoir of Escherichia coli O157. It may be of value for prevention of Escherichia coli O157 infection in Chongqing and Three-gorges Reservoir Area.
