摘　　要：225只170日龄绍鸭随机分成5组,每组设3个重复,每个重复15只。Ⅰ组为对照组,仅喂基础日粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别在基础日粮中添加100、2004、00和600 mg/kg水平的Ge-132,持续饲喂28 d。于试验前及试验后71、4、212、8 d分别测定血锗含量、血清GSH-Px、SOD活性以及血清MDA含量。结果显示:(1)Ⅱ～Ⅴ组试验鸭血锗含量比对照组显著增高(P<0.01)。(2)Ⅱ～Ⅴ组试验鸭血清GSH-Px、SOD活性比对照组明显增高(P<0.01);血清MDA含量比对照组显著降低(P<0.01)。(3)血锗含量与血清GSH-Px、SOD活性呈强正相关(r=0.669和0.621),与血清MDA含量呈强负相关(r=-0.651)。本研究表明,日粮中添加Ge-132可增强蛋鸭机体的抗氧化能力。Two hundred and twenty five 170-day-old laying Shao ducks were randomly divided into 5 groups which including 3 repetitions during 28 days of experiment. The control group（Ⅰ） ducks were fed with basal diet only, the experimental group of Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ were fed with diet in which 100,200,400,600 mg/kg levels of Ge-132 were added respectively. The germanium contents of blood, serum GSH-Px,SOD activities and contents of MDA were determined respectively at before and after experiment＇ s 7th, 14th, 21th and 28th day. The results were as follows： （1） Blood germanium contents of group Ⅱ～Ⅴ increased signillcandy titan those of the control Ⅰ （ P 〈 0.01 ）, （2）The activities of serum GSH-Px and SOD of group Ⅱ～Ⅴ increased significantly（ P 〈 0.01） than those of group Ⅰ , and serum content of MDA decreased significantly（ P 〈 0.05）, （3）There were significantly positive correlation between blood germanium and serum GSH-Px and SOD activities with the coefficient index of 0.669 and 0.621 respectively, There was a negative relationship between the blood germanium and serum MDA contents （ r = - 0.651 ）, It suggested that antioxidant function of the laying ducks may be improved significantly with the addition of Ge-132 in diet.
