摘　　要：目的:探讨术前紫杉醇(pacilitaxel,PTX)化疗对肺腺癌组织抗凋亡蛋白(Survivin)表达和血管生成的影响。方法:2002年10月～2005年10月,对30例术前应用PTX化疗的肺腺癌和30例术前未化疗的肺腺癌组织(对照组),用免疫组织化学法,检测Survivin表达及肿瘤组织微血管密度(MVD)。结果:术前PTX化疗组Survivin表达阳性率为33.3%,对照组为60.0%;术前PTX化疗组MVD值为37.4±18.0,对照组为65.8±12.5;两者均有显著性差异。结论:术前PTX化疗能降低肺腺癌Survivin活性,抑制肺腺癌肿瘤血管生成。Objective：To study the effect of preoperative paclitaxel（PTX）chemotherapy on the expression of survivin and angiogenesis in lung adenocarcinoma tissues.Methods：From October 2002 to October 2005,30 cases with PTX preoperative chemotherapy and 30 cases without it（control group）were analyzed.Immunohistochemical staining was performed with survivin and CD34＋ monoclonal antibodies to detect survivin expression and microvessel density（MVD）.Results：The positive expression rate of survivin was 33.3% and 60.0% in the chemotherapy group and the control group,respectively.MVD was 37.4±18.0 in the chemotherapy group and 65.8±12.5 in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Preoperative chemotherapy of PTX can decrease the activity of survivin and inhibit angiogenesis in lung adenocarcinoma.
