摘　　要：本文尝试用以韩礼德的系统功能语法理论为基础的多模态语篇分析(Multimodal Discourse Analysis)方法,对美国著名诗人卡明斯具有代表性的经典具体诗"1(a"从语言和印刷体式(typography)上做多方位的功能解读,目的是为了探讨从不同的角度分析和欣赏卡明斯诗歌的可行性。＂1 （a＂ is one of the best-written poems by American modernism poet E.E. Cummings. This paper attempts to analyze the linguistic and typographical aspects of the poem from the perspective of multimodal discourse analysis, which is developed from the theoretical framework of Halliday＇s functional linguistics. The aim of the study is to explore different possibilities of interpreting E. E. Cummings＇ poetry.
