摘  要:目的通过调整超声波在硅油中的传导速度,用A型超声测量硅油填充眼眼轴,并验证这一方法的可靠性。方法选取38例硅油填充眼,测出所用型号硅油中超声波的传导速度,以该超声波速度测量硅油填充眼眼轴,与取硅油后3个月再次测量的眼轴长度对比。结果取油前平均眼轴长度为(23.51±0.78)mm,取油后平均眼轴长度为(23.49±0.88)mm,取油前后眼轴长度均值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过调整超声波在硅油中的传导速度,可准确测量硅油填充眼眼轴。Objective Cataract is a major complication after silicone tamponade. However,there exists obvious error in axial length measurement in silicone oil tamponade eyes. This study was to investigate the accuracy of axial length measurement in silicone oil tamponade eyes with A-scan uhrasonography by adjusting ultrasonic speed, Methods Axial lengths were measured with A- scan uhrasonography in 38 silicone oil tamponade eyes before and after removal of silicone oil. The ultrasonic speed in silicone oil was calculated in vitro with the probe with the frequency of 10MHz and acoustic speed of 1 532 m/s. The obtained acoustic speed was then adjusted in the axial length measurement of silicone oil tamponade eye. Three months after removal of silicone oil,the axial length were taken again and compared with value of silicone oil eye. Results The acoustic speed of BAUSCH&LOMB Oxane 5700 silicone was 996 m/s. The mean axial length under the acoustic speed of 1 532 m/s in silicone oil tamponade eyes was(36. 20 ± 1.27) mm and the corrective value( acoustic speed of 996 m/s) was (23.51 ± 0. 78) mm with a significant difference between them(P 〈 0. 001 ). The measure value of after removal of silicone oil was (23.49 ± 0. 88 )mm without statistically significant difference compared with corrective value (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion By adjusting the acoustic speed in silicone oil during the measuring of silicone oil tamponade eye,the error of axial length measurement could be well corrected.
