不同水平活性肽对肉仔鸡生产性能、免疫能力、T4水平的影响

摘  要:试验选用1日龄健康红宝公鸡104只,随机分成4组。1~3组每只在0~14日龄分别给予活性肽1.36mg/d、1.78mg/d、2.36mg/d,第4组为对照组。试验期为8周。结果表明:(1)0~14日龄给予肉鸡活性肽能显著提高肉鸡2、4、6、8周体重(P≤0.05),6周前剂量反应显著;(2)试验2组和3组在第2周、第8周血清中乳酸脱氢酸(LDH)、在第8周肌酸激酶(CK)活性显著降低(P≤0.05);(3)试验的第4、8周,试验2组和3组血清中T4的水平显著升高(P≤0.05);(4)胸肌中水分、脂肪和蛋白质的含量受活性肽的影响不显著。可见,活性肽能影响肉鸡的生产性能、免疫能力和内分泌。One hundred and four one-day-old Hongbao broilers were randomly divided into four groups to investigate the effects of various active peptide levels on production performance, immunological competence and T4 concentration of serum in broilers. During the first two weeks of 8-week test, every bird in the first group, the second group and the third group was given respectively 1.36, 1.78 and 2.36 mg/d active peptide by drinking and the forth group was control. The results showed that active peptide could improve the body weight of 2, 4, 6 and 8-week-old broilers (P≤0.05). The effect of active peptide dose on body weight of 0-6-week-old broiler was significant (P≤0.05). In the 2nd week and the 8th week, the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) of the second group and the third group declined significantly, and in the 8th week, the activity of creatine kinase (CK) of the two groups also depressed significantly. In the 4th and 8th weeks, the concentration of thyroxine (T4) of serum of the second and third group broilers increased significantly. The moisture, fat and protein contents in the muscle of chest were not significantly affected by active peptide. The results indicated that the active peptide could influence the production performance, immunological competence and incretion of broilers.
