广西高中生症状自评量表评定结果及影响因素的路径分析

摘　　要：目的了解广西壮族自治区高中生心身健康水平及相关影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）等问卷对3469名中学生进行测试;路径分析则将SCL-90的总分与人格和生活事件等相关影响因素用AMOS50进行多次拟合,删除相关系数低于0.08的路径,选择最简洁模型。结果广西壮族自治区高中生各因子分基本上高于以往常模（P〈0.05-0.001）,同时存在性别（Cohen’d在0.04-0.25之间,P〈0.05）、年级（高一和高二年级得分明显高于高三,P〈0.05-0.001）,和民族差异（侗族得分最高,壮族其次,瑶族和汉族高中生得分最低,P〈0.05-0.001）;个性中的内外向、神经质、人际冲突和应激事件都是预测心理健康的因素;神经质和人际冲突和应激事件可以直接影响心理健康,个性的内外向则通过神经质、精神质两个因素间接影响心理健康。结论有区分性地进行心理干预,塑造良好的个性和培养成熟有效的应对方式来提高广西壮族自治区高中生的心理健康水平。Objective To search for the mental health status of senior high school students in GuangXi Province and the related influential factors. Methods 3469 senior high school students from GuangXi were administered a series of scales including a symptom complex list of 90 items （ SCL-90 ） and a Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）. The total scores and the related influential factors such as personality and the life events were analyzed for several times to search for the simplest model. Results The average scores of the subseales of senior high school students from GuangXi were basically higher than those of the former norms （ P 〈 0.05 0. 001 ）. There were statistically gender effect （ Cohen＇ d values were from 0.04 to 0.25, P〈 0.05 ） ,grade differenee（The participants of Grade one and Grade two were scored higher than those of Grade three, P 〈 0.05 0.001 ） and peoples difference （The participants of Dong scored highest among all the GuangXi high school students, and the subjects of Zhuang scored higher than those of Han and Yao, P〈 0.05 - 0. 001 ） among the subjects. Stability of emotion, neurosis, the introversive or extroversive personality, personal conflict and stressful life event could predict the mental health status of the senior high students. Neurosis, personal conflict and stressful life event played a direct role in the level of mental health status, neurosis was the intermediate links between the introversive or extroversive personality and mental health status. Conclusions The psychological counseling should be done according to different conditions, the senior high school students from GuangXi ought to be euhivated good personality and learn the mature coping styles in order to improve their mental health status.
