摘　　要：新时期高校《秘书学》教学,应转变教育教学观念、合理设置专业课程、采取多种教学方法、加强教师队伍建设,培养适应社会需要的合格秘书人才。Now we should change our traditional view about the teaching of secretary course. The curriculum plan should be more reasonable and multiple teaching ways should be adopted in the course. The teachers of secratary course should accept more on - the - job training. As a result, professionals of secratary to satisfy the needs of the society can be brought up.
