摘　　要：设计了以ARM为核心的数字示波表。首先介绍了三星公司S3C44B0X的特点[1]和使用方法[2]。S3C44B0X作为三星公司的一款入门级ARM芯片,具有功耗低、内置模块多、使用方便等特点。使用该芯片能较方便地构成实用的便携产品。其次介绍了该表的硬件设计方法,给出了软件结构图。很好地达到了体积小、重量轻、功能强、可靠性高的要求。The paper designs digital oscillograph based on ARM. First,it introduces SAMSUNG S3C44BOX characteristic and usage. S3C44BOX is a kind of ABC level ARM chip of SAMSUNG. It has characteristics of low power, many inner module and easy use. Secondly,it has characteristics of low power,many inner module and easy use,it introduces the hardware design procedures being a form＇s turn,gives a software structural drawing. The small volume,tight weight, strong function and high reliability are achieved.
