河南省城市中学生课外体育锻炼现状与对策

摘　　要：对河南省10个有代表性城市的中学生课外体育锻炼的现状进行调查，结果显示：有82．51％的中学生喜欢课外体育锻炼；促进身心健康是中学生参与课外体育锻炼的主要动机；球类运动是河南省中学生喜爱从事的体育锻炼项目；中学生“体育人口”的比例高于全国平均水平；学校是中学生课外体育锻炼的主要场所；河南省中学生体育消费水平偏低；缺乏活动时间和场地器材是制约中学生课外体育锻炼的主要因素。By using the method of questionnaire, law of documents and mathematics and physics statistic law, etc. The writer investigates the current situation on physical training after class of middle school students in 10 representative cities in Henan Province, The result shows, there have 82. 51% middle school students like the physical training after class; promoting health condition is the mainspring of their physical training;The ball game is the physical training project that the middle school students in Henan likes to be engaged in; The ＂sports population ＂ of the middle school students in Henan is higher than the average national level; The school is the best place for middle school students＇ physical training after class; The sports consumption level of middle school students in Henan is on the low side; the of lack activity time and space and apparatus is the main factor that restricts middle school students＇ physical training after class. Suggestions are given.
