摘　　要：汽车召回日益频繁。文章利用美国汽车召回数据,研究制造商与政府发起的汽车安全召回对股票市场收益的影响。结果显示,股市反应是不依赖于召回发起者(政府或制造商)的。Due to the increasing frequency of vehicle recalls ,this paper studies the effects of recalls initiated by both manufacturer and government on the returns of stock market on the basis of American vehicle recall data. The same response is shown to be independent of which entity initiates（manufacturer or government）the recall.
