术前术中静脉化疗对小肠吻合口愈合影响的实验研究

摘　　要：选用３０只家兔，分成２组，实验组术前１天和术中静脉化疗，分别于术后第３天、第７天、第１４天处死，研究对小肠吻合口愈合的影响。结果表明，术后第３天实验组与对照组相比无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），术后第７天、第１４天实验组动物小肠吻合口虽无渗漏，但显微镜下的组织学观察及羟脯氨酸含量测定，与对照组相比均有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示术前术中静脉化疗对小肠吻合口的愈合有一定影响。rabbits were divided into 2 groups. Experimental group were given intravenous chemotherapy on the day before operation and in the course of operation. they were killed at 3rd、 7th、 14th day respectively for studying chemotherapy effect on healing of small intestine anactomotic stoma. This test showed that there was no difference between 2 groups at 3rd day ( P > 0.05 ). At 7th and 14th day, there were no leak was found in the anastomotic stoma, but histology observation and hydr oxyproline determination showed marked difference between 2 groups ( P <0.01). It is suggested that pre and intraoperative intravenous chemotherapy must showed certain effect on the healing of small intestine anastomotic stoma.
