摘　　要：采用运筹学中处理多个投入与产出的多目标决策分析方法——数据包络分析方法,对北京市8个区的61所初中学校的教育生产效率进行评估,旨在为学校管理者在制定资源配置的政策以提高教育生产效率时提供可靠的科学依据和有价值的建议。　Using the method of data envelopement analysis（DEA）,which is the making-decisions analysis method to deal with multi-inputs and multi-outputs in operational research,to evaluate the education production efficiency of 61 secondary schools distributed in Beijing＇s 8 districts,this thesis provides some reliable scientific basis and valuable suggestions for school administrators to make resources allocation policy so as to raise the school education production efficiency.
