摘　　要：本文推导出半导体双光子光电导开关的自相关函数,给出对照比与激光强度的关系.实验测出GaAs在1.06 μm Nd:YAG激光超窄脉冲作用下的双光子自相关函数.The autocorrelation function of two-photon photoconductivity signals is studied and the relation of contrast ratio and laser intensity is presented. A second order laser intensity autocorrelator of semiconductor GaAs is fabrioared to measure the two-photon autocorrelation function of Nd: YAG laser pulses train.
