肝细胞癌三维彩色直方图血流定量分析参数与肿瘤微血管密度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究肝细胞癌三维彩色直方图血流定量分析参数与肿瘤微血管密度的相关性。方法:应用GE voluson 730三维彩色超声仪对29例肝细胞癌进行检查,采用三维彩色直方图技术定量测量血管指数(Vascularization index,VI)、血流指数(Flow index,FI)和血管-血流指数(Vascularization-flow,VFI),术后测定标本的肿瘤微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)。结果:肝细胞癌VI、FI、VFI与MVD呈线性正相关。结论:三维彩色直方图血流定量分析参数可用于肝细胞癌肿瘤血管生成的术前评估。Objective To investigate the correlation between the parameters of three - dimensional color histogram and microvessel density（MVD） in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methtods 29 patients with HCC was examind by GE voluson 730 three - dimensional color ultrasound system, VI,FI and VFI was measured by using three - dimensional color histogram technique and MVD was measured postoperation. Results There was significant positive linear correlation between VI, FI, VFI and MVD. Conclusion The parameters of three - dimensional color histogram can be used to evaluate the angiogenesis in hepatocellular carcinoma.
