摘　　要：目的:改良传统根管印模时蜡条与印模材不结合,完全脱模困难造成印模不清晰、不完全、不准确的弊端,探索根管印模的新方法。方法:在根管上做一个"T"型蜡条。观察其临床效果,并进行分析、总结。结果:用此改良方法取模的临床效果,一次成功率较高达95%。结论:改良方法制取根管印模操作方便,一次成功率高,印模准确,价格低廉,有推广价值。Objective To improve the traditional root canal when the wax impression of the impression material and the combination is not entirely parting difficulties caused impression is not clear - cut. incomplete, inaccurate drawbacks, and explore the root canal impression of the new method. Methods root canal done a T type of wax. Observation of clinical results, and analyze and summarize. Results The modified model from the clinical effects, a higher success rate reached 95%. Conclusion The modified method for root canal system impression convenient operation, a high success rate, accurate impression of lower prices and promote value.
