摘　　要：目的:评价Glasionomer FX-Ⅱ型超强玻璃离子修复老年人牙根龋的临床应用效果。方法:选择口腔门诊老年根面龋患者200例,共312个根面龋牙,随机分为2组:Glasionomer FX-Ⅱ修复组100例155个牙,光固化组100例157个牙,进行修复,随访2年对比观察。结果:两组近期疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05);远期疗效经统计学检验,x^2= 4.36,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:Glasionomer FX-Ⅱ修复老年人牙根龋远期疗效优于光固化复合树脂。Objective： To appraise clinical effect of Glasionomer FX-Ⅱ and li^t-eured composite in repairing old people＇s root caries;Methods：Selecting 312 root caries teeth from 200 old peoples with root caries in oral cavity clinic and dividing into 2 teams in ram.One is Glasionomer FX-Ⅱ team with 155 teeth and another is light-cured composite team with 157 teeth.Always observing them In 2 years term after repairing.Results：There are no significant difference between 2 teams in the near future（P〉0.05）;There are statistical significance in prostecdtive efficacy after statistics test（X^2=4.36,P〈0.05）; Conclusion：The results suggest that Glasionomer FX-Ⅱ is surpass than light-cured composite in repairing old people＇s root caries.
