缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能障碍早期康复治疗的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期康复治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能障碍的疗效。方法:将90例发病2周内缺血性脑卒中运动功能障碍患者随机分成早期康复治疗组及对照组,治疗组早期介入康复治疗,对照组仅做常规治疗。在治疗前、治疗后2周、1个月、3个月时分别评价FMA、ADL。结果:FMA、ADL在治疗前及治疗后2周时,两组无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗1个月及3个月时,治疗组与对照组比较有显著性提高(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能障碍有显著性疗效。Objective： to study the effect of early rehabilitation treatment on the motor dysfunction in patients ischemlc stroke. Methods： 90 subjects with ischemic stroke （2 weeks ago） with motor dysfunction were divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were received the early rehabilitation treatment and routine treatment, and the pationts of control group only received routine treatment ,The FMA,ADL were evaluated before treatment ,2 weeks, 1 and 3 months after treatment. Results： There was no significant difference of the FMA,ADL after the treatment of 2 weeks （P 〉 0. 05）. 1 month and 3 months after treatment group was significantly improved as e0mpared with those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）, Conclusion： Early rehabilitation treatment can improve the motor function of the ischemic stroke patients Significantly.
