摘　　要：马班二人学识渊博,皆为“通儒”。他们二人都论述了自孔子以来的经学发展历史,尤其是叙述了汉初以来经学的传授与继承,但是司马迁和班固二人对待经学的态度是并不相同的。　Si Maqian and Ban Gu had immense erudition and were“Confucian scholars”.Both of them made an in-depth analysis on the development of Confucian study,especially inherited and passed on Confucianism since the early Han Dynasty.However,they held different views on Confucian and Confucianism in the Literati＇s Biography.
