江西的亚香棒虫草菌分离鉴定

摘　　要：对产于江西的亚香棒虫草组织及子囊孢子进行分离培养；记述了分离物的形态和培养性状，并将分离物鉴定为霍克斯拟青霉菌（Ｐａｅｃｉｌｏｍｙｃｅｓｈａｗｋｅｓｉ）。Fresh specimens of Cordyceps hawkesii Groy with ascospores, collected from Jiangxi Province, were isolated and cultured. The isolations were identified as the species of Paecilomyces hawkesii Xiao, T B Li et Q T Chen according to its morphological and cultural characteristics. And by the experiment the authors consider that the species of Paecilomyces hawkesii is Cordyceps hawkesii Groy in its asexual stage.
