摘　　要：霍克斯拟青霉菌适宜生长温度２５℃左右，蛋白胨促进其营养生长，麦芽糖促进其繁殖；菌丝在ｐＨ３．５～ｐＨ８．４范围内均能生长。分生孢子清水中萌发率较低，偏碱性条件下较易萌发；２５℃～３０℃适宜萌发；１％蛋白胨及１％葡萄糖促进其萌发；相对湿度３３％～９３％均能萌发；子囊孢子无菌水中不萌发，１％蛋白胨萌发率２７％；偏酸性条件下较易萌发。两类孢子的萌发率与其浓度成反比。The 25℃ of temperature is advantageous to the growth of Paecilomyces hawkesii in PDA. The mycelium of P. hawkesii can grow between pH 3.5～8.4. Polypeptom promotes the growth of the mycelium in basic medium, and amylomaltose promotes its spore formation. The temperature between 25℃～30℃ is suited to conidiospore germination of the fungus. The spore can germinate between RH 33%～93%, but rarely germinate in sterile water. 1% protein and glucose are favorable to the spore germination. The ascospore of Cordyceps hawkesii , the sexual phase of P. hawkesii , can not germinate in sterile water, but the germining rate of the spore is 27% in 1% polypepton. The two kinds of spores reduce with their increasing concentration.
