摘　　要：大学生创业能力的培养是大学生创业的前提。创业能力的培养一方面要以大学生个体素质、自身能力、良好心态为基础;另一方面则需要良好的创业环境,特别是高校在大学生创业能力培养中所起的引导作用和政府组织的帮扶作用。The training for the undergraduate innovative ability is prerequisite to the undergraduate innovation. On one hand, the training for the innovative ability should be based on the undergraduate individual quality, one＇s own ability as well as good psychology to start an undertaking; on the other hand, it needs a good innovative environment, especially the guide of the university and the support of the government organizations.
