摘 要:试验用黄牛母畜16头,年龄3~8岁。其中12头卵巢静止,将其随机分成3组,1、2组为诱导发情组,肌注三合激素(TCH),剂量5支/头,第2组加注FSH和LH,总剂量分别为7.50、1.88mg;3、4组为超数排卵组。FSH和LH注射总剂量分别为12.50、3.13mg,4组发情周期正常牛作超数排卵对照组,在第5次注射FSH和LH时,宫注PGF2α6mg/头。1、2组牛在给药前后,颈静脉采血10ml,用RIA测定血浆孕酮(P)水平。结果给药前血浆P两组分别为0.2081±0.0939和0.1878±0.0654μg/L,给药后24h分别达2.1463±1.3392和1.1728±0.7582μg/L,24h之后下降。外表观察与直肠检查,1组牛外阴肿胀,卵巢大小无变化,亦未排卵,血浆P水平低于0.4μg/L。2组3头牛出现典型发情症状,其中1头排卵,另1头卵泡囊肿。排卵牛至第10d血浆P上升到2.675μg/L。3组与4组超排效应相同,屠宰卵巢排卵点分别为10.5±4.93和11.0±7.16个。试验表明,黄牛卵巢静止使用TCH对卵巢无激发作用,也不能产生可育性发情,而用适量促性腺激素治疗或超数排卵则可使其达到?Twelve head of native cattle of ovarian quiescence were randomly divided into three groups and marked the 1st, 2nd and 3rd group. 4 cows with normal estrous cycle were signed the 4th group. The cows of the 1st group were treated with TCH as those of the 2nd group with TCH, at the same time the 2th group was treated with FSH (7.50 mg) and LH (1.88 mg). The cows of the 3rd and the 4th group were injected with FSH (12.50 mg) and LH (3.13 mg) for superovulation. The cows of the 4th group were injected with PGF2α 6 mg in uterus at the fifth injection of FSH and LH. The blood samples were collected from jugular veins pre and after treated. The plasma progesterone (P) levels of the 1st and the 2nd group were 0.280 1±0.093 9 μg/L and 0.187 8±0.065 4 μg/L before treated, respectively. The peaks of P were 2.146 3±1.339 2 μg/L and 1.172 8±0.758 2 μg/L in 24 hours after treated, respectively. Then they went down and were under 0.4 μg/L after 72 hours. After four days, by observation and rectal palpation, cow′s vulva swollen in the 1st group, ovary forms had few changes. The plasma P levels were under 0.4 μg/L. 3 cows in the 2nd group had typical estrous sign. The levels of P in ovulation cow reached 2.675 μg/L on the tenth day. The effect of superovulation of the 3rd group was the same as that of the 4th group. The results indicate that TCH had little effect on cow′s ovarian quiescence, but suitable gonadotropic hormone can help these cows superovulating.
