摘　　要：高校学生规模迅速扩大,在校大学生的心理健康问题频发。辅导员加强对大学生心理危机的有效干预,未雨稠缪,在构建和谐社会中有着重要意义。有效的途径与方法是:推进辅导员队伍的专业化建设;提高辅导员的心理学科知识及运用能力;建设宏观与微观层面的心理危机防范、干预的网络机制;着力学生管理教育工作方法创新。With the intense competition in society, psychological health problems of college students arise frequently. It is of great significance college counselors to carry out psychological crisis intervention in students in the process of constructing harmonious society in China. On the one hand, attention should be paid to optimizing professional counselors and improving their psychological knowledge both in theory and in practice. On the other, the network system in psychological crisis prevention and intervention both in macro and in micro level should be set up, and some innovative management methods should be obtained.
