摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展,烟草不仅作为卷烟的原料,更向着多用途和综合应用发展,具有抗癌、免疫等多功效的烟草硒蛋白保健品已成为新兴的研究领域。笔者论述了烟草硒蛋白的基本特性、提取方法及应用价值,并分析了研究现状和应用前景。As the economic developing of china, tobacco is not only used by tobacco factory, but also used by many aspects and the integrated application. The health protection manufactures which are produced by seprotein of tobacco with a lot of effects, as contradicting cancer and immunity, has be a new research filed. The basic characteristics of selenium, extraction and the appliance of tobacco protein from tobacco Proteins were reviewed. The ProsPects of tobacco protein development and utilization were discussed also.
