摘　　要：探讨了基于外包合同的设备维护业务外包服务商的绩效评估指标问题,指出设备维护外包合同是外包服务商绩效评估的基准。根据外包合同的基本要素的性质,构建了设备维护外包服务商绩效评估指标体系,以指标实现值与合同目标值为基础,提出了各指标的度量方法。　The paper points out that the outsourcing contract should be used as a benchmark of performance measurement of outsourcing service providers, and based on the basic elements of outsourcing contract, it establishes a maintenance outsourcing service provider＇s performance measurement index system. The measurement method of indexes is provided based on the implementation of indexes and the contract objects.
