摘　　要：提出了奥运食品冷链物流的研究范畴和模式,并在分析奥运物流、食品物流和冷链物流特性的基础上,从物流系统流动要素的七个方面归纳出了奥运食品冷链物流的特性。　The paper proposes the scope and mode of the food cold chain logistics for Olympic Games, analyzes the features of Olympic logistics, food logistics and cold chain logistics and summarizes the characteristics of the food cold chain logistics from seven aspects of logistics system elements.
