基于电路仿真技术异型声表面波器件特性分析

摘  要:为了能够采用EDA工具设计含声表面波器件的电子系统,本文研究了应用EDA工具仿真声表面波器件特性的方法.它以叉指换能器一个周期段的Mason等效电路模型为基础,根据电网络理论将Mason等效电路模型中的复阻抗采用LC串并联网络来等效,LC网络中的各L、C值采用进化方法确定,使得串并联网络的等效阻抗和Mason等效电路中的阻抗特性误差最小,并以子电路的形式由自行研制的异型声表面波器件各叉指换能器的等效电路调用,异型声表面波器件幅度特性仿真结果与实测结果在中心频率处插入损耗基本相符.A method of analysis surface acoustic wave device by EDA was researched in order to design electric system involving surface acoustic wave device. Impedance functions in Mason equivalent circuit for a pair of IDT were represented by LC electric networks, which values were determined using evolution method to minimize difference between the impedance of equivalent LC electric network and impedance functions in Mason equivalent circuit for a pair of IDT, and were called by equivalent circuit for IDTs of non conventional type surface acoustic wave device developed by ourselves. Insertion loss in center frequency of the non conventional type surface acoustic wave device simulated by EDA was near to measured value.
