摘　　要：本文认为高成长性企业之间存在成长质量的差异,这种差异受企业信用风险的影响。本文通过一个理论模型阐述了上述观点,并通过实证证明我国高成长性上市公司存在成长质量的差异。另外,本文还通过建立Log it回归模型分析了一些有可能导致高成长性企业出现成长质量差异的因素。This paper think there are growing quality diversity between the fast growing enterprises, which is influenced by the credit risk . This paper narrates the aforementioned viewpoint by a theory model, and proves there are growing quality diversity between the fast growing enterprises in China, and some factors that may induce the growing quality diversity are analyzed by a Logit regressing model.
