摘　　要：高校校友作为高层次的知识群体,是高校的重要资源。建立校友工作机构是全国高校普遍开展的工作,是高校可持续发展的需要。开发校友资源,挖掘校友潜力,使校友资源在高校的发展中发挥更大的作用,是适应新的办学体制、增强办学实力、促进高校发展的一条重要渠道。The schoolfellows, as a high level knowledgeable group, are very important resources to the university. It is a practice for universities to set up an organization to enhance the link between the universities and the schoolfellows, which may do good to the sustainable development of the universities. Exploring the resources of schoolfellows, developing the potential of schoolfellows and bringing the resources of schoolfellows into full play in the development of universities are crucial to adapting to the new educational system, enhancing the strength of education and accelerating the development of universities.
