摘　　要：阐述了高校图书馆馆员继续教育的必要性,从图书馆馆员继续教育的形式、内容、措施等几方面对高校图书馆馆员的继续教育问题进行了探讨。This paper expounds the necessity of the continuous education of university librarians, and probes into the continuous education of university librarians from the forms, contents and measures of continuous education of librarians.
