摘　　要：信号转导和转录激活因子（STAT）蛋白家族由一族胞质转录因子组成，可因酪氨酸磷酸化而被激活，激活后能与特别的DNA启动子结合，发挥转录调控作用。其中STAT3、STAT5的异常表达和活化与肿瘤的发生、发展及恶性生物学行为关系密切。Signal transducers and activators of transcription（ STAT） protein comprise a family of cytoplasmic transcription factors which are activated by tyrosine phosphorylation. STAT activated by tyrosine phosphorylation can bind to specific DNA promoter sequences and regulate transcription. Over-expression and activation of STAT3 and STAT5 have a close relationship with the genesis, development and malignant biological behaviors of tumor.
