摘　　要：持有一定规模的营运资金是企业维持正常生产经营的保证,如何合理确定流动资产中各项目之间的比例关系是营运资金管理的关键。我们试用层次分析法对流动资产中各项目之间的比例关系进行计算,试为企业持有合理的流动资产结构提供一种计算方法。A large scale of working capital is the termine the proportionate relationships among all ital management. This paper tries calculating the in the hope of providing a method for enterprises guarantee of the daily working of an enterprise, and how to deinds of projects in the liquid assets is the key of working capproportionate relationships by using Analytic Hierarchy Process in calculating the right structure of liquid assets
