摘  要:目的:采用Ni-Ti摇椅弓结合Forsus固定功能矫治器治疗儿童AngleⅡ1类深覆患者,比较分析正畸治疗前和治疗后颅颌面软硬组织的变化及特征。方法:从西安交通大学口腔医院正畸科门诊挑选22例治疗结束的AngleⅡ1类覆II°以上年龄在10.5~13岁的深覆的病例,将其治疗前后的头颅侧位片进行测量并统计分析。结果:矫治后SNA角减小、SNB角增大,下颌骨体和升支长度增加、颌凸角的减小;上下切牙夹角减小、覆变浅;Z角、鼻唇角明显增加,上唇突距、下唇突距、软组织面角明显减小。结论:磨牙伸长的同时有下颌升支的代偿性生长;在生长期引导垂直向生长可有效地改善深覆畸形。Objective To compare structural changes and characteristics of the Craniofacial Cephalometric Morphological Pre-treatment and Post-treatment of Children's AngleⅡ^1 Deep Overbite Malocclusion. Methods 22 patients with Ⅱ° deep overbite AngleⅡ^1 malocclusion selected from orthodontic clinic in department of stomotology Xi'an Jiaotong University were measured with lateral cecephalometrics. Results There are significant differences, such as the SNA, ANB, NA-PA, U1-L1; Overbite, TUL-E and TLL-E decreased and the SNB,Go-Gn,Cd-Go,S-Go,Ar-Go,ANS- Me,ANS-Me/N-Me, Z angle and Cm-Sn-Ls and FH-N'Pg' increased. Conclusion The Cd-Go compensatory growth when the molar extrude. It would lower the degree of Deep overbite malocclusion that induced the vertical growth during the period of growth.
