摘　　要：文章以唐山学院为例,阐述了校园文化建设必须坚持先进文化的发展方向,必须坚持"以人为本"的基本理念,必须紧紧围绕教书育人的中心任务来开展,必须贯彻重在建设的方针,必须突出学校特色的观点。Taking Tangshan College as an example, the paper maintains that campus culture construction must adhere to advanced cultural orientation and human-centered concept, must focus on imparting knowledge and enlightening people, must implement the focus of construction and must emphasize the features of the school.
