平阳霉素加地塞米松局部注射治疗血管瘤的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察平阳霉素加地塞米松局部注射治疗血管瘤的疗效及优越性。方法选择200例血管瘤(草莓状、海绵状及混合性)患者,常规消毒,瘤体内注射平阳霉素及地塞米松备用溶液。结果痊愈92例,显效84例,有效9例,无效15例,总有效率为92.5%(185/200)。无1例出现发热、过敏等不良反应。结论平阳霉素加地塞米松局部注射治疗血管瘤安全有效,值得推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effects and superiority of hemangionma with pingyangmycin and dexamethason by intra-tumor injection. Methods Two hundred cases of hemangionma（strawberry hemangionma, cavernosum hemangioma, mixed hemangionma） were disinfected routinely then injected with the mixted solution of pingyangmycin and dexamethason. Results Ninety-two cases were cured, 84 cases improved, 9 cases of effective and 15 cases of ineffective, and the total effective rate was 92.5% ,without side effects such as fever and anphylactic reaction. Conclusion This method is safe and effective, so could be popularized and applied.
